We made the
wet-clean mistake in
our last home,
realizing that the
dirt from the
sub-floor was being
pulled through the
carpet. The carpets
were worse than
before we cleaned!
In our new home, we
decided to get the
builders grade
carpet and replace
it when it could no
longer be cleaned
properly (we have 5
kids, 4 grandkids, a
pool and a dog). We
thought this
low-grade carpet
would last 3-4
years, given the
traffic. We've had
the same DryCarpet
service team coming
2x a year for the
past 4 years and I'm
happy to say that
the carpet does NOT
need replacing.
We've had pet
stains, tar and oil
on these low-quality
carpets, but somehow
our Dry-Carpet team
makes them look
near-new every 6
months. I now expect
we'll get about 7
years out of these
carpets - thanks to

I have used

gray cast to it. The
carpet is an off
white Berber Plush.

This has, by far,
been my best
experience ever with
a carpet cleaning
company. The
customer service was
excellent. They
showed up when they
said they were going
to. I was happy with
the estimate and
they did the job
right then and there
even though it was
late in the day. I
was a little
skeptical that they
might not be able to
get the carpets
cleaned because I
have two toddlers
and a dog so there
were lots of spots
on the carpet. I
waited to post my
message because I
wanted to see if the
stains would come
back. So far so
good. I did pay more
than what I paid
with the last carpet
cleaning company I
used but it was
definitely worth it.
Premium service -
higher price. I am
very, very pleased
with this service
and will most
definitely recommend
them to all of my
friends, and use

I was looking for a
"dry" cleaning
system that was not
loaded with
chemicals. I have
used chem-dry in the
past and the stains
that I have
previously removed
with woolite carpet
cleaner always came
back within a 2-wk
time frame of having
them professionally
treated. It has been
almost 3 weeks and
those reoccurring
spots have not
reappeared! The
carpets did not have
a chemical scent
either! I am very
satisfied & I have
recommended "dry
carpet" to all my

carpets we not even

(with steam

who is thinking of

is a little pricey
compared to steam
cleaning, but you
get what you pay
for. In my case I
had to pay double
since the steam
cleaning did not

severe pet stains
from a sick puppy
that I treated with
pet solutions that
took out the odor
but left horrendous
chemical stains. I
was on the verge of
removing the carpet

We were very pleased
with the work and

Saturday. Our carpet
had never been
cleaned in 10 years
and this was the
first time our

- it was better than

My wife is the one

safe to put my small
child on the carpet

that you have to
wait until it dries
until can walk on it
or it just brings up
the dirt. Who has
time to move out
into a hotel for 2
days before getting

comparing this to
other so called dry
methods, it sounded
very good. instant
dry times, natural
based ,whats not to
like? well anthony
came at exactly 2pm
as arranged and was
very nice to deal
with, he and his
partner quoted 1.5
hrs and low and
behold it took 1.5
hrs..so far I am
very happy with the
results from
cleaning a very
dirty apt. carpet
today. I will not
put it off for 5
years again because
I had no real
options, but the
same old thing. Go
for it, you will be
happily surprised.

Our family room
carpet was filthy.
We have a big dog
and that room gets
the most traffic in
the house. We were
planning on
replacing the carpet
because we had
already paid a small
fortune to various
companies to try and
clean it. The last

I just bought a house that I was told had new carpet in one room. The rest of the carpet *appeared* to be clean but I wanted it fresh when we moved in so called
1-800-DryCarpet. I had used the service when living in the Bay area and was pleased with it especially since there is NO wet carpet to deal with and no chemicals. Fortunately, I was able to locate someone here in Clovis using this wonderful method and my carpets look fantastic! They are so much lighter than I thought they were and they smell terrific and even the new carpet looked fluffier and fresher. The two man crew was here for nearly three hours and did a VERY thorough job. Each time we walk into the house, it smells SO fresh and clean. I will definitely use them again. Clovis

Hello, my name is Ana Torres and I tried DryCarpet for the first time last year. I have two young children in the home and liked the organic factor, no harm to the kids that roll around all over the carpet. Well Andrea made my carpet look brand new again and my carpet is almost white in color and with two kids I had a good amount of stains which I was glad did not reappear after time. Ive used other companies before and did not like the quality of work. The carpet would be soaking wet and took days to dry and the stains would reappear after a week or two.

1-800 DRYCARPET dry carpet cleaning is an answer to prayer. Call them before you decide to replace your carpet. It's the next best thing (a lot cheaper too). I personally have used their services while living in Southern California (Chino & Corona) and was thrilled to find out they could service my newest move here to central California in Wasco. These guys work really hard to get your carpet clean! The scent of the product they use is refreshing. Most importantly, IT'S NOT WET!

Saturday I saw a miracle before my eyes when my dirty and dingy carpeting turned WHITE as Robert and Walter applied their magic! I have been abusing the white carpeting in my home office for more than 8 years where I day trade on the internet 5 days a week. Needless to say, there were
a lot of carpet stains especially where my treadmill had been from the rubber on the rollers. Within minutes, the stains were gone and the carpeting was dry to the touch. Amazing results, and friendly professional service. The carpets in my home were absolutely dirty. Three kids who wander in and out
barefoot, spilled juice, two kitties, one baby toilet-training - I was feeling
embarrassed when friends came over because I wanted to offer a clean, hygienic space for their babies to play. I felt hopeless about getting the white and tan room carpets clean. Robert and Walter came out and less than two hours later, my carpets look like new. Stains that were there when we moved in (after the landlord had it steam-cleaned) are now gone. My area rug, which had wrinkles from furniture legs in it, now shows all its brilliant colors and lies flat. They moved all the furniture, a ton of toys in the playroom, and put everything back exactly where it belonged. I never believed that this old carpet would look as good as it does, but it's amazing. I can't wait to invite my mom's group over now. I even had a fun time talking with them while they worked - learning about the process and reminiscing about New York City. If you're reading this because you're not sure about trying the dry carpet process, take a chance - you'll love it! Had my carpets cleaned today, and these guys did a great job, considering the condition of my carpets. They were friendly, professional, and worked really hard. I found this company on-line and was impressed with the organic, no-wet idea. Was not happy with the long-term results of steam cleaning. I also really appreciated the ease of scheduling service on-line. I would definitely have this service again! Good job, guys!! Mountain View

We are not easy on our
Berber carpet, and do not have it cleaned as often as we should. Once again the DryCarpet folks have brought it back to life. The quick drying is great, and it's nice to know all the cleaning materials are organic and non-toxic. Thanks for another great job guys! San Jose

I am not the easiest person to please. When we needed to have our apartment cleaned, my first question was: Is there a system that is both environmentally, and physically safe, and at the same time efficient? My daughter recommended I go on line and investigate. I am so glad that I did! I found 1-800 Dry Carpet! They are everything I hoped they would be, and so much more! Loved the convenience of scheduling on line. DryCarpet called the night before to confirm the appointment and actually showed up at the appointed time. Robert Segura did a great job. No mess was left behind. I've used Stanley Steemer before. While this costs a little more, I loved the clean fresh smell it left, the carpets looked great and there was no down time in being able to walk on the
carpets or put furniture back. I'm also not worrying about whether the carpets are growing mold on the padding underneath. San Jose

I have used a lot of different carpet cleaning companies and DRY CARPET is by far my best experience. The minute the guys were done my
carpet looked like new, smelled great, and was dry enough to walk on! Most companies need the entire day for the carpet to air dry before you walk on it, otherwise it immediately traps in new dirt. With Dry Carpet, I was able to go about my day and two weeks later the carpet still looks new! I highly recommend everyone use Dry Carpet! San Jose

What a wonderful experience it was to have my carpets cleaned by 1-800 Dry Carpet! I've tried lots of the other guys in the past with so-so results. I heard about 1-800 Dry Carpet a few years ago and was intrigued by their process. I am so glad I finally gave them a try! They may cost a little more than the average carpet cleaning company out there but you get so much more for your money. The 'drying' time is eliminated and the carpet gets really clean and doesn't attract the dirt back once the process is finished. Yesterday, we had approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of light-colored carpeting cleaned by 1-800-DRYCARPET. We are very pleased with the result. Walter arrived on time, went right to work, and was very courteous and knowledgeable of his product. He spent time explaining each step and took pride in the finished cleaning. It remains to be seen if the carpet stays as clean as the claims...but we have every reason to believe that it will. San Jose

This past week-end was my second time my carpet was cleaned by this company. I have researched what steam cleaning or shampoo's do to you carpets and was not going to let them near mine. My carpet looks great and any problems can be re-done in 30 days. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DRY CARPET. Riverside

We had our carpets cleaned by the San Jose franchise a few weeks ago and are extremely satisfied with the results. We have a number of pets and a 12-year old boy so our light-colored carpets were in bad shape, to say the least. Robert and his crew did a great job getting it all back in shape. They even got stains out that wet-method cleaners couldn't get out on two previous cleanings. The bonus was the carpet was completely dry when they were done. Livermore

It could be it's Swedish heritage with it's unique 21st century American approach. It could be that the word "organic" is meaningful to 1-800-DRYCARPET. Whatever... Today I have a new house again because, for the first time in a 1 1/2, my carpets are actually clean again. The house smells wonderful. The men who did the work are articulate, skilled but most of all accommodating. All this in 2 hours time. My life can go on undisturbed My carpet is dry. My furniture is replaced and I am one happy camper. So is my dog and two cats as well as my two grandsons. I would not recommend this company highly enough except to say that I will schedule with them a regular carpet cleaning with them every 6 months. Sunnyvale
